I attended the Conference and came home inspired. The more I thought about what I saw and heard from the participants the more I realized that I had learned a great deal. I also was reminded that it can sometimes be easy fall into the rut of facing the same situations with different youth and thinking the solution will be the same, forgetting the individual is completely different and the needs, goals, and expectations are different. It can be a lazy crutch to apply the same formula to similar problems without accounting for the person. Thank you for once again grounding me and reminding me that everyone requires my fullest attention.
